Privacy Policy
How this website handles the limited information it collects.

Information We Collect
This website is a brochure for a water treatment company serving Fishers and the wider Hamilton County, Indiana area. It has no contact form, no account system and no checkout. Almost everything we hold comes from phone calls: when you ring us you describe a property, whether it is on municipal supply or a private well, the equipment already installed and the symptom you want fixed. We note what we need in order to quote, schedule and carry out the work. The website itself records only the ordinary technical information a web server receives, such as the page requested, the approximate region of the request and the browser used.
How We Use Your Information
What you tell us by phone is used to answer your question, size equipment, prepare a written price, schedule a visit and perform the work. Water test results are kept with the job so a later service call starts from the last reading rather than from scratch. Technical information from the website is used to understand which pages are read and to keep the site working. We do not sell information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking pixel. Where an analytics measurement is in use it is limited to aggregate page performance. Your browser controls whether any cookie is accepted, and the site works normally with cookies disabled.
How We Share Information
We share only what the work requires. That can include a manufacturer when equipment is ordered or a warranty claim is made, a supplier for parts, and a laboratory where a sample needs testing beyond what we measure on site. We do not share your information with marketing companies or data brokers.
Data Security
Job records, quotes and water test results are kept on access-controlled systems and are seen by the people working on your job. No system is perfect and we do not claim otherwise. We hold what the work and the warranty require and we do not collect information we have no use for.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling the number on this site. Records tied to an installation may need to be kept so the workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's coverage remain intact, and we will say plainly if that applies to a request.
Third-Party Links
Pages on this site sometimes link to outside resources such as manufacturer documentation or public water quality information. Those sites are run by other organisations under their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
This policy is reviewed as the business changes and the date above is updated when it is revised. The version published here is the current one.
