Contact Fishers Water Filtration

One number, answered by people who work on this equipment. Tell us the symptom, the rough age of the system and which part of the county you are in.

How to Reach Us

There is no form on this site, deliberately. Water problems are described badly in a text box and well in conversation, because the useful questions are follow-ups.

What Happens When You Call

Three steps, and the first is why the call is usually short.

Step 1

We ask about the house and the equipment

Municipal supply or a well, roughly when the house was built, and what is already in the basement. In Hamilton County those three answers narrow it a long way.

Step 2

We name the likely cause

For most symptoms there are two or three usual explanations on a house of that age and supply, and you will hear them along with rough costs.

Step 3

We book only if it is worth booking

If it is something you can check yourself — a bypass valve left half-turned, a salt bridge in the brine tank — we will tell you. If it needs a visit, you will know the cost first.

Before You Call

Five things worth having ready.

What should I have ready?

Whether you are on city water or a well, roughly when the house was built, and the make of whatever is already installed if you can read it off the unit. A photo of the control head is genuinely useful.

How soon can someone come out?

Service calls on existing equipment are usually within a few business days. New installs are scheduled once the equipment is confirmed, which is typically the following week.

Do you charge for estimates?

Installation and replacement estimates are free. A diagnostic visit on an existing system is charged, because finding the fault is the work, and you will be told the cost before we book.

Which areas do you cover?

Fishers and Hamilton County throughout, plus the Geist shoreline and nearby parts of Marion, Hancock and Madison counties. If your address is near the edge, just ask.

Will you work on a system you did not sell?

Yes. It is a large share of what we do, and we carry parts for the common brands installed across this county.

One Call Usually Settles It

Most questions get a useful answer in a couple of minutes. If it turns out to need a visit, you will have a written price before anybody picks up a tool.
