About Fishers Water Filtration

A water treatment company built around the equipment already installed in Hamilton County homes, as much as the equipment we sell.

Built Around Fishers' Basements

Fishers went from a small town to one of Indiana's larger suburbs in about thirty years, and nearly every house built in that stretch came with a water softener in the basement. Builders fitted them because central Indiana water is hard enough that nobody argues about it. What follows is predictable: resin wears out somewhere past year ten, a control valve sticks, a bypass gets left half-open during a plumbing repair, and the homeowner is told the whole unit has to go.

A great deal of that equipment has years left in it. Fishers Water Filtration exists largely to say so — and to do the valve rebuild, the resin change or the cartridge swap that gets a working system back to working, whoever put it in. Where a system genuinely is finished, or was the wrong size to begin with, we replace it and size the new one against a reading taken at your own tap.

The other half of the map is wells. East toward Geist, McCordsville and Fortville, private supplies bring iron, manganese and sometimes sulfur along with the hardness, and those need a staged treatment train rather than a single softener. Knowing which half of the county you are standing in changes the first question we ask.

What we are for

Two Ways This Trade Loses Trust

The first is selling a system nobody needed. The second is selling a replacement when a repair would have done. Both are easy to do quietly and both are why water treatment has the reputation it has. Our answer is to take a reading before recommending anything, and to quote the repair alongside the replacement so you can see the difference yourself.

Why Choose Us

Six commitments, each of which costs us something and is therefore worth stating.

We service every brand

Including the one the builder installed and the company that has since left the area. Brand loyalty is our problem to manage, not yours.

The water gets measured first

Hardness, iron, pH and total dissolved solids, read on site and written down, before anyone recommends equipment.

Repair is quoted next to replacement

When both are genuinely options you see both numbers. Plenty of our visits end with a valve rebuild rather than a sale.

Flat pricing agreed up front

Equipment, labour and removal of the old unit, named before we start. Surprises get re-quoted, not added.

Single-visit installs where the plumbing allows

We confirm the loop, the drain and the bypass ahead of the day so the work does not stall halfway through.

The next service goes on the calendar

Media, cartridges, UV lamps and RO membranes all expire. We date the next one before we leave.

What We Will and Will Not Claim

This site belongs to a working water treatment company and we are careful about what appears on it. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, the work is done by trained technicians, and installations are made to the plumbing code in force locally. Every job carries a written workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's own coverage on the equipment.

What you will not find here are ratings, certification badges or membership marks we have not earned, contaminant counts nobody could verify, or numbers about systems installed and years in business. Where we hold a manufacturer certification relevant to your equipment, it will be named on the quote.

Start With a Reading

Tell us what the water is doing and roughly how old the system is. We will tell you what it usually means and what it costs to put right.

Measured. Written down. Serviced afterwards.
